EDMOND, Oklahoma – The Ouachita women's swimming and diving team took third place at the 2023 Eagle Invite hosted by Oklahoma Christian over the weekend.
The Tigersharks came in third out of the total of eight teams competing in the three-day invitational. Ouachita racked up 621 points on the weekend, close behind second-place Western Colorado with 693.5 points.
The women won a total of four events.
Anna Phelps won three events, the 1000 Freestyle with a time of 10:27.57, the 200 Butterfly with a time of 2:05.39 and the 1650 Freestyle with a time of 17:25.92. Phelps also took second in the 400 IM with a time of 4:36.39.
Didi Christenson won the 100 Butterfly with a time of 56.32. Christenson also placed second in the 100 Freestyle with a time of 52.14.
