WARRENSBURG, Missouri – Ouachita women's soccer players Jamie Fowler and Abbey Inman have been selected to the 2023 Division II Conference Commissioners Association All-Region Second Team.

Fowler, a graduate student forward from Mesquite, Texas, and Inman, a junior defender from Bryant, Arkansas, were both All-Great American Conference First Team selections this season after aiding the Tigers to an 11-3-7 final record, a GAC Tournament championship, and an appearance in the NCAA tournament.

Fowler was the top offensive player for the Tigers this season and one of the best in the region. She finished the year with 16 total points, six goals, four game-winning goals, and four assists. She broke Ouachita's all-time record in games played this season with a final total of 87. Throughout her career, she earned All-GAC honors four times with back-to-back first team selections in the past two seasons.

Inman anchored the back row for the Tigers with a full 90 minutes in all but one game this season. She was named the GAC Defender of the Week three times and helped the Tigers lead the GAC and rank in the top 20 nationally in goals against average at 0.75 allowed per game. Inman and the Tiger defense also led the league 11 shutouts in 21 total games.
