ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita Baptist University women's tennis team lost to Arkansas Tech University on Saturday afternoon by a score of 7-0 in its first home match of the season.
The match was played as a non-conference contest. The two squads will meet again on March 16 in Russellville with the results counting toward the Great American Conference standings.
The Tigers fall to 2-1 this season, while Tech earned the win in its first match of the season. Ouachita is back in action next Saturday, February 18 on the road against Northeastern State in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
