ARKADELPHIA – Ouachita sophomore midfielder
Teagan Jaussi has been selected the 2024 NCAA Division II Conference Commissioners Association Women's Soccer All-Region First Team.
With her first team selection, Jaussi is now eligible for D2CCA All-America honors, which will be announced in December.
Jaussi helped lead the Ouachita women's soccer team to the 2024 Great American Conference regular season championship and also the GAC championship tournament crown. The Frisco, Texas native was named the GAC Tournament MVP to go along with unanimous first team all-conference honors.
In 20 games this season, Jaussi led the Tigers in scoring with team-highs in goals (six), assists (five), and points (17). She also led the team in game-winning goals with four.
With the play from Jaussi and six other All-GAC selections, the Tigers earned the GAC's automatic bid into the NCAA tournament, which was the second straight berth and third overall in program history.
