IRVING, Texas – The National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame announced on Wednesday the list of members of the 2024 NFF Hampshire Honor Society, including four student-athletes from Ouachita Baptist University.

The NFF Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of college football players from all divisions of NCAA, NAIA, and sprint football who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers. Ouachita's Riley Harms, Zacary Henson, Dawson Miller, and Cole Turner are among a record number of 1,988 players from 339 different schools on the list of honorees for this year's class.

Other than having a 3.2 cumulative GPA or better, qualifying student-athletes must have been a senior or graduate student who has exhausted his playing eligibility and must have been starters or significant contributors to the team during the 2023 season.

Harms, Henson, and Miller all served as team captains this past season. Turner played on defense and special teams during Ouachita's 15th consecutive winning season this past fall.

Harms was Ouachita's starting quarterback this past year and is a graduate student pursuing a master's degree in exercise science. Henson earned All-America honorable mention honors this past year as a starting offensive lineman and graduated in December with bachelor's degree in finance and business administration. Miller was a starting linebacker for the Tigers this year and earned second team all-conference honors. He also graduated in December with a bachelor's degree in finance and business administration. Turner is set to graduate in May with a bachelor's degree in biology.

With this year's honorees, Ouachita now has 17 members of the NFF Hampshire Honor Society since its inception in 2007.
