RICHMOND, Virginia – The Ouachita men's and women's swimming & diving teams have been awarded Scholar All-America status by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America for the Spring 2024 semester.
The men's team finished fourth in the nation at the NCAA Division II level with a 3.55 team GPA, while the women came in 14th nationally at 3.67. The men were tops in the New South Intercollegiate Swim Conference. The women were second, trailing only West Florida.
Additionally, a combined total of six student-athletes earned CSCAA Scholar All-America honors, led by first team selections and siblings
Elijah Christenson and
Didi Christenson, who both represented the Tigersharks at nationals this past year.
The second team honorees include
Keilee Holcomb,
Jeff McCoy,
Sam Ragsdell, and
Tyler Andruss.
