ARKADELPHIA – Ouachita men's basketball head coach 
Dennis Nutt has announced the addition of Rashard Stringfield to the Tiger coaching staff.
 
Stringfield comes to Arkadelphia after leaving his role as the Basketball Operations Coordinator with the Potawatomi Fire, a professional team that is a part of The Basketball League and is based in Shawnee, Oklahoma. With the Fire, Stringfield helped the team to back-to-back TBL Championships and an undefeated 27-0 record in 2024.

Dennis Nutt, "Coach Stringfield, being a Philander Smith and Wynne HS graduate, brings a wealth of knowledge of our state and adds professional experience with his time in the TBL and the G League."
 
In 2022-23, Stringfield was on the staff of the Wisconsin Herd, the NBA G League affiliate of the Milwaukee Bucks, as a basketball operations assistant.
 
In 2021-22, Stringfield was the Director of Basketball Operations for the Enid Outlaws, who won the 2021 TBL Championship in the team's inaugural season with a 22-2 record.
 
Prior to working for the Outlaws, Stringfield served as the Assistant General Manager and Assistant Coach for the Little Rock Lightning of the TBL.
 
The Wynne, Arkansas native spent his college career at Philander Smith College in Little Rock where he graduated in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in physical education and was a part of the Panther Basketball program.
