ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita men's tennis team opened the 2025 spring season with a 6-1 victory over Collin College on Friday inside the Ward Tennis Center.

The Tigers earned the doubles point with wins on all three courts with close scores in each matchup. In singles, Ramon Strassmann and Aaron Osmond earned lopsided victories in the No. 2 and No. 5 matchups, respectfully. Phil Exner, Elias Lagger, and Tinus Mueller also earned singles wins.

The only point for Collin game at No. 4 singles with extra points needed in both sets.

The Tigers are back in action on Saturday at home against Weatherford College. First serve is set for 11 a.m.
