RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas – Ouachita freshman punter Nick Parker has been selected as the Great American Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for the final week of the 2025 season.

Parker had a career day in the 98th Battle of the Ravine this past Saturday. The Jerilderie, Australia native averaged just over 52 yards per punt in eight tries against the Reddies.

Of his eight punts, five went for more than 50 yards, including his season-long of 67 yards. Two of his punts were downed inside the HSU 20-yard line.

Parker finished the regular season ranked second in the GAC and 20th in the nation in punting with an average of just under 42 yards per punt.
