EDMOND, Oklahoma – The Ouachita women's tennis team rallied back from losing the doubles point to win four matchups in singles to earn a 4-3 win over Newman on Monday.
Doubles action featured three close matchups, including one that needed an extra game to determine a winner.
In singles, Sadbaroy Kholdarova, Natalia Zamora Caprirolo, Ali May, and Marlee Bledsoe all came away with wins, including a dominant win for May at No. 4 and a three-set win for Zamora Caprirolo at No. 2
The Tigers are back in action this weekend at home, hosting 15th-ranked Angelo State on Friday and Central Oklahoma on Saturday.
