ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita women's tennis team wrapped the weekend with a 6-1 loss to Central Oklahoma at home on Saturday.

Sadbaroy Kholdarova put the finishing touches on a 3-0 week at No. 1 singles, including wins over her counterparts from Newman last Monday, Angelo State on Friday, and UCO on Saturday. The sophomore from Uzbekistan beat UCO's Nefeli Zafeiri by scores of 6-1 and 6-3.

Marlee Bledsoe and Alice Kubler each forced a third set in singles. Kubler's match at No. 3 singles resulted in a 7-5 scores in all three sets.

The Tigers are on the road next weekend for a pair of non-conference matches, taking on Northeastern State on Saturday and Arkansas-Fort Smith on Sunday.
