Fletcher joins the Ouachita Athletics staff after serving in multiple roles at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi since 2013, including a combined five years working in the athletics department and eight years working in the university's communications and marketing department.

"It's exciting to welcome Caroline and her family to Ouachita," said Ouachita Assistant Athletic Director Brian Ramsey. "Her knowledge and skill set in communications and marketing, especially at the NCAA Division II level, is going to be impactful for the Ouachita Athletics brand. I'm thrilled to have someone of her caliber as a part of our team."

For the past two years at Delta State, Fletcher has served as coordinator of marketing and media relations for the department of athletics. She is a six-time College Public Relations Association of Mississippi (CPRAM) award winner and Collegiate Advertising Awards (CAA) winner.

Before moving into the full-time role with the DSU communications and marketing staff, Fletcher was a graduate assistant and intern in the DSU athletic department, serving as the primary media contact for men's and women's basketball, men's and women's soccer, cross country, softball, and football, while assisting with swimming & diving, golf, and baseball.

Fletcher previously worked in the sports information office at Union University from 2010-2013. With the Bulldogs, her duties included game day operations for all 11 intercollegiate sports, including primary statistician for nine sports.
