2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets for the Tigers with one top 15 finish... Set a personal best in the 5k with a time of 18:12.7 and a 15th place finish at the Southern Arkansas University Lois Davis Invitational.
2023 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets... Ran the 5000M five times with his top performance coming at the Little Rock Invitational with an eighth place finish and a personal best time of 17:06.56... Also ran the 1500M once at the Harding Invitational.
2022 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets with his best 8K run coming at the University of the Ozarks Invitational with a time of 29:05.4... Set a personal best in the 5k at the Bob Gravett Invitational with a time of 18:18.5... Fall 2022 Great American Conference All-Academic Team Selection.
2022 TRACK & FIELD CLUB: Competed in six meets, mostly running the 5000M... Ran the 5000M five times, earning a personal best time of 17:08.38 at the Carl Kight Invitational... Also ran the 1500M once.
2021 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five events... Best 8K time was 28:19.3 for a 23rd place finish at the Bob Gravett Invitational... Also ran the 4M at the Guymon Invitational at Harding with a PR time of 24:15.7.
2021 TRACK & FIELD CLUB: Competed in four meets, running the 5000M three times and the 1500M once... Best 5000M time was 17:18.13 at the Rhodes Invitational... Best 1500M time was 4:45.75 for a 21st place finish at the SAU Dan Veach Invitational.
SPRING 2021 CROSS COUNTRY CLUB: Ran in the Ouachita Tiger Invitational, finishing 17th with an 8K time of 29:50.0.
AT LAKE HAMILTON: Lettered in track and field... Was named runner of the week... Earned the Arkansas Lottery Scholarship.
