ARKADELPHIA, Ark. - The Ouachita Tigers men's tennis team climbed seven spots in the ITA NCAA D-II National poll after go 3-0 in three straight days last week. The 5-1 Tigers earned wins over two ranKed opponents and won all three of their matches by a combined score of 22-3 and surge to 28th overall.

The #28 Tigers defeated #34 Southwest Baptist 6-3 and #39 Delta State last week at the Kim and Craig Ward Tennis Center in Arkadelphia. The Tigers also defeated MIssissippi College 9-0.

Currently, the three-time GAC champion Tigers are ranked second in the D-II men's central region rankings.
