CONWAY, Ark. - Ouachita cross country will compete in their second race of the season in Conway for the UCA invite on Saturday. The Tigers will look to extend their 1st place team finish from the Bob Gravett Invitational. This will be the first race for the UCA women's team. Sophomore Jorie Beaumont (Lockport,ILL) took the 1st place overall finish for the Tigers in their season opener. Ouachita also took three spots in the top 5, and six spots in the top 10.
 
The last time the Tigers ran the UCA invite was September 10th,2016, where the Tigers finished in the sixth spot out of the eleven NCAA teams present from across all divisions. Senior Katie Cunningham was the first Tiger to cross the finish line and placed 18th overall in the four-kilometer race with a time of 15:47. Sophomore Kallie Polk, now a senior for the Tigers, was the fourth finisher for the Tigers with a time of 17:13.
