CONWAY, Ark.- Ouachita Baptist cross country takes a 6th place overall team finish at the University of Central Arkansas Invite Saturday morning, with a finishing total team time of 1:56:51.
 
Freshman Kyndal Moyer (Lampasas,TEXAS)  was the first runner to cross the finish line for the Tigers with a time of 21:57 and grabbed the 31st overall finishing spot.
 
Sophomore Jorie Beaumont (Lockport,ILL) was the next runner for the Tigers to finish with a time of 22:52.
 
Following Beaumont was freshman Grace Loftin (Shreveport,LA) who crossed the finish line with a time of 23:48.
 
Taryn Bewley (Conway,ARK) followed Loftin with a time of 24:03. Next was Elizabeth Costner (Fayetteville,ARK) with a time of 24:08, followed by Kallie Polk (Bella Vista, ARK) who ran for a time of 24:21. The final two runners to finish for the Tigers were Jordan Brown (Conway,ARK) with a time of 24:53 and Eden Putterill (Harare,Zimbabwe) with a time of 27:34.
 
Tigers grabbed the 6th overall team finish, which included finishing in front of GAC conference rival Arkansas-Monticello. Among the teams the Tigers were up against were two division one teams, University of Central Arkansas and University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
 
Tigers also finished 2nd overall for competing GAC teams at the event.
