MIAMI, Oklahoma – The Ouachita Baptist University wrestling team came up with a combined 32 wins on Saturday in the Golden Noresmen Open hosted by Northeast Oklahoma A&M.

Noah Yeamans was Ouachita's top finisher, coming in second in the 125 bracket. Brooks Schrimsher came up third in the 197 bracket. Donald Paul came up fourth in the 285 bracket. In terms of individual wins, Jackson Carter came away with five victories in the 157 bracket.

• 125: Noah Yeamans went 3-1, finishing as the runner-up in the championship bracket.
• 141: Zander Fields went 2-2. Hudson Herring went 1-2.
• 149: Marcel Molu went 0-2. Wyatt Compton went 0-2.
• 157: Jackson Carter went 5-2, advancing to the semifinals of the consolation bracket. Chase Howerton went 0-2.
• 165: Jake Sheehy went 1-2. Adrian Salazar-Rivera went 0-2.
• 174: William Martin went 2-2. Brady Marple went 2-2. Terrance Murray went 1-2.
• 184: Trace Morrow went 3-2, advancing to the quarterfinals of the consolation bracket. Ryan Cochran went 1-2.
• 197: Brooks Schrimsher went 3-1, finishing in third place in the bracket.
• 285: Donald Paul went 3-2, finishing in fourth place. Johnny Green went 3-2, advancing to the semifinals of the consolation bracket. Chandler Cooley went 2-2.
