ST. CHARLES, Missouri – The Ouachita Baptist University wrestling team competed at the NCAA Super Regional Tournament on Saturday with three wrestlers finishing in the top five of their respective brackets.
 

• 125: Noah Yeamans finished in fifth place, going 3-2 with two wins by decision and one win by fall.
• 133: Cole McCartney went 0-2.
• 141: Hudson Herring went 0-2.
• 149: Jaylon Otero went 0-2.
• 157: Jackson Carter finished in sixth place, going 2-3 with a 4-2 win and a win by fall in 3:55.  
• 165: Adrian Salazar-Rivera went 0-2.
• 174: William Martin went 1-2 with a win in the opening round by an 8-2 decision.
• 184: Ryan Cochran went 0-2.
• 197: Brooks Schrimsher finished in fifth place, losing in his first matchup, and then sweeping through the left side of the bracket with a win by fall, a win by tech fall, and a win by 5-2 decision in the fifth-place match.
• 285: Johnny Green finished in fourth place, losing by a 2-1 decision in the first round before winning two in a row by decisions (6-1 and 1-0) to make it to the third-place match, where he fell by a 5-1 decision.
