ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita Baptist University women's cross country team opened the 2022 season with a dominating performance at home in the annual Bob Gravett Invitational.
12 of the top 15 individuals in the 5K race represented Ouachita, including
Taylor Koeth with a 17 second margin in first place with a time of 18:21.1.
Mackenzie Davis came in second at 18:38.7, followed by
Elise Knight in fourth (18:54.7),
Macie Cash in fifth (18:58.3),
Becca Beard in sixth (19:10.0),
Allison Hylkema in seventh (19:22.1), Kate Nachtigal in ninth (19:29.0), and
Sara Holman rounding out the top 10 (19:36.5).
Ouachita finished with 18 team points, 30 points ahead of second place Southern Arkansas. Henderson State came in third. Ozarks came in fourth.
