ARKADELPHIA – Ouachita wrestlers William Martin and Brooks Schrimsher have been selected to the 2023 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

Martin is a junior from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma majoring in business administration. Schrimsher is a sophomore from Huntsville, Alabama majoring in finance, who was recently selected to the National Wrestling Coaches Association Division II Scholar All-America Team.

Selections are based on academic and athletic performance for student-athletes with at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average. Both of of Ouachita's selections are now eligible for Academic All-America honors, which will be announced in June.
