DURANT, Oklahoma – The No. 28 Ouachita men's tennis clinched at least a share of the MIAA/GAC South Division championship with a 6-1 road win over Southeastern Oklahoma State on Thursday.
The Tigers (12-6, 3-1 MIAA/GAC) started Thursday's matchup with the Savage Storm with a pair of 6-3 wins on courts one and two in doubles, including a ranked-vs.-ranked battle on court one with Ouachita's seventh-ranked

Alex Blanchar downing Southeastern's 12th-ranked Marin Jurkovic and Juan Maurici Gonzalez Paiva.
Ramon Strassmann and
Aaron Osmond teamed up for the win on court two to give the Tigers the 1-0 lead heading into singles.

Phil Exner, and
Moritz Buss gave the Tigers the victory with two-set victories in singles at first, second, and fifth positions, respectively. Exner's win on court two was over 40th-ranked Maurici Gonzalez Paiva.
No. 70
Fernando Docters and
Aaron Osmond gave the Tigers their final two points of the match. Docters needing extra points in the second set to earn his victory on court three. Osmond needed a tiebreaker to earn his victory on court six.
The Tigers wrap up the regular season next Thursday, April 25 on the road in a non-conference matchup against Tyler Junior College. The originally-scheduled match against Southwest Baptist has been canceled.
