ARKADELPHIA – A total of eight members of the Ouachita men's and women's swimming & diving teams have been selected to the 2024-25 Academic All-District Team presented by College Sports Communicators.
Elise Henderson,
Keilee Holcomb,
Kate McCown, and
Anna Phelps represent the Tigershark women's team.
Tyler Andruss,
Rafael Bustillo,
Ian Redman Aguilar, and
David Ware represent the Tigershark men's team.
To qualify for the CSC honor, the student-athlete must be a starter or significant reserve and carry at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA. True freshmen are not eligible for the honor.
This is the second straight year for Andruss, Henderson, and Holcomb to earn the honor. Andruss, a junior from Fort Worth, Texas, carries a perfect 4.0 GPA and is pursing a business degree.
Henderson and McCown are set to graduate this spring with Henderson earning a degree in finance and McCown earning her degree in kinesiology and education.
On the men's side, Bustillo will be graduating this May with a degree in computer science.
Phelps, Andruss, and Redman were part of the Tigershark squad that represented Ouachita at the 2025 NCAA DII National Championships in Indianapolis.
