RUSSELLVILLE, Arkansas – The Great American Conference has selected Ouachita cross country student-athletes Caleb Greenwich and Allison Hylkema as the league's runners of the week.

The Tigers opened the 2025 season this past weekend at home for the annual Bob Gravett Invitational. Greenwich and Hylkema were Ouachita's top runners at the meet, both finishing second overall in their respective races. As a team, Ouachita finished first in both races.

In his collegiate debut, Greenwich ran his 5K in 14:50.82. Hylkema, a returning All-GAC performer, set a new 5K personal record with a time of 18:02.65.

Both teams are back in action this Saturday, September 13 at the Texas A&M-Invitational.
