Barkley Legens recovered the fumble with just over a minute remaining to help secure the Tigers 14-9 win over the Wonder Boys. The 18
th-ranked Ouachita Tigers improve to 7-0 on the season.

On the next Tech possession, Ouachita cornerback
Jeremy Small intercepted a Robertson pass and returned it 40 yards to the ATU 40 yard line. The Tigers were held to a three and out and forced to punt.
Trailing 7-0 in the second quarter, Tech kicker Randy Velazquez came in to attempt a 36-yard field goal. Tigers' defensive end
Barkley Legens blocked that attempt, the first blocked kick for the Tigers this season.
After trading defensive stops, Tech intercepted a pressured-Frazier pass with 2:08 remaining in the second quarter. After a seven-play drive, Velasquez connected on a 47-yard attempt to make 7-3 Ouachita, at the half.
Ouachita came out firing in the second half, going 73 yards on 8 plays. Frazier found
Drew White on the right side of the end zone for a 23-yard touchdown reception. It was White's only catch on the day, as he was blanketed by Tech defensive backs all game.
The Tigers stopped Tech on their next possession forcing their third punt of the day. Ouachita drove down to the Tech 15, but a Frazier fumble in the red zone ended the drive. The third quarter would end with the Tigers leading 14-3.
The fourth quarter started with the fifth punt of the game for the Wonder Boys. The Tigers drove down the Tech two yard line for a first and goal for Ouachita. The Tigers'
Steven Kehner fumbled on the first play and Tech recovered it on their own five yard line.
Tech could not capitalize on the turnover but eventually regained possession with 7:37 left in the game. The Wonder Boys drove the ball 64 yards on seven plays, scoring on a 25-yard pass from Robertson to Merdock and cut the lead to 14-9. The Tigers defense stopped Tech on the two-point conversion.
The Tigers were forced to punt after a three and out on their next possession. Tiger punter Shetlon Wooley pinned Tech on their own two yard line with a 64-yard punt, his longest this season.
Tech gained 33 yards on their first play but the drive stalled there. The Tigers regained possession after four straight incompletions. Ouachita gave the ball back to Tech on downs with 1:07 left in the game. On Tech's first play from their own 26, defensive end

Barkley Legens jumped on the loose football to secure the Tigers seventh-straight victory.
Ouachita was 7-13 on third down conversions and 2-3 on fourth down conversions. The Tiger defense recorded five sacks in the game, three by
Kyle Lamothe.
Jeremy Small had the Tigers lone interception.
Zack Mitchell led the Tigers with seven tackles.
Ke'Vontae Pope had four receptions for 73 yards.

Brandon Marks led the Tigers with 58 yards on 16 carries.
Kiehl Frazier went 11-22-1 for 173 yards and two touchdown passes. He rushed for 41 yards.
The Tigers will play their final home game of the season next Saturday against Southern Arkansas University. Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. The Ouachita Tigers will honor their 20 seniors before the game.
