Summary

Biography

Kehner played in all 10 games during the 2013 season at both running back and kick returner. At running back, Kehner recorded 614 yards and eight touchdowns. As a returner, he averaged 24 yards per return and recorded one touchdown. Kehner was named the GAC Week 6 Player of the Week in 2013 for recording both a rushing and kick return touchdown againt Northwestern Oklahoma State. He also was named to the 2013 All-GAC Second Team. 

In 2012, Steven played in 10 games. He rushed 73 times for a total of 344 yards. He had 6 rushing TDs and averaged 4.7 yards per carry. Kehner also had one receiving TD. 

Kehner participated in six games during his freshman season of 2011, recording seven rushing yards and returning eight kicks for a total of 98 yards.

Kehner came to Ouachita after playing his high school football at Glen Rose High School under head coach Mark Kehner. During his high school career, Steven was named All-State and was the State Farm 3A Offensive Player of the Year in Arkansas and was also named as a finalist for the 2010 Landers Award.
