ARKADELPHIA – Ouachita Baptist University will be represented this week at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Cup in Rome, Georgia.

Francisco Oliveira and
Santiago Kearney have qualified for the national championship event. The pair will compete in doubles, and Oliveira has also qualified to compete in singles.
The event begins this Thursday, October 14 and lasts through Sunday. The field consists of 16 doubles teams and 16 individuals.
Oliveira is up first in his opening round singles draw against Barry University's Alejandro Ibanez on Thursday at 9 a.m. local time. Oliveira and Kearney's doubles opening round match is set for 2:30 p.m. on Thursday against Auburn-Montgomery's Muhamad Bedwan and David Rieme.
The opening round of both doubles and singles will be played on Thursday. The main draw quarterfinals and the consolation bracket will be played on Friday. The semifinals of the main draw and the finals of the consolation bracket will be on Saturday. The singles and doubles championship finals will be played on Sunday.
