ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita women's indoor track and field team opens its 2023-24 season tomorrow in Pittsburg, Kansas.
 
The Tigers' first meet of the season will be this weekend at the Boo Rogers Combined Events and the Crimson and Gold Invitational hosted by Pittsburg State University in Kansas.
 
The Boo Rogers Meet will begin on Friday, December 8 at 1 p.m. and 9 a.m. on Saturday, and the Crimson and Gold Invitational will take start on Saturday, December 9 at 10:30 a.m.
 
The Tigers are returning a majority of last year's team along with a host of newcomers that will be looking to make an immediate impact for Ouachita.
 
This weekend will be the first of four trips to Pittsburg, Kansas this season for the indoor team, as all but one meet takes place at Pitt State with the lone outlier being a trip to Birmingham, Alabama for the Samford Invitational.
