Phil Exner has been ranked No. 5 nationally in singles to highlight this week's ITA release.
Exner sports a 21-5 singles record this season, including a 12-3 record during the spring portion of the schedule mostly at second position. He makes a six-spot jump this week into the top five.
Exner's doubles partner,
Alex Blanchar, made a 15-spot jump this week in the singles rankings to No. 31. As a doubles duo, Exner and Blanchar remain at No. 5 nationally.
Also in doubles,
Fernando Docters and
Aaron Osmond fell seven spots to No. 37 this week.
As a team, the Tigers fell four spots to No. 13 this week with a 10-7 record playing one of the toughest schedules in the nation. Nine of the teams Ouachita has already played this year are included in this week's top 50, while the final three teams the Tigers will face in the regular season are also nationally-ranked.
The Tigers are back in action this Saturday at home against 48th-ranked Southeastern Oklahoma State.
