SEARCY, Arkansas – The Ouachita Baptist University softball team dropped the series finale to the No. 20 Harding Bisons on the road in Searcy.
The final game of the weekend saw the Tigers get a baserunner in the top of the first as
Heather Brown singled through the left side with one out, but Brown was left stranded at first. Harding plated four runs in the bottom of the first to take an early lead. The Bisons plated four more runs in the third and two runs in the fourth to take a 10-run lead. The Tigers were held scoreless and Harding took game three by a score of 10-0.
Next up, the Tigers will face off against cross-street rival Henderson State on Tuesday, April 11 in game three of the Great American Conference rivalry series at Sully Anderson Field. (Games one and two were played on March 14 at HSU.)
