PENSACOLA, Florida – The No. 15 Ouachita men's tennis team faced its sixth nationally-ranked opponent of the season on Wednesday resulting in a 4-3 road loss to No. 17 West Florida.
Wednesday's match was Ouachita's second match of the season as a top 20 team facing another top 20 team.
The Tigers started the match by winning the doubles point with victories in the first and third positions.
Four of the six singles matchups needed a third-set tiebreaker to determine the point with the Argos coming away with wins in all but first position and sixth position.
Ouachita wraps up its Spring Break trip with a matchup against Delta State on Sunday morning in Cleveland, Mississippi.
