LIBERTY, Missouri – The No. 21 Ouachita men's tennis team capped its weekend trip with a 4-0 win over William Jewell on Sunday.
The Tigers opened the match with wins in second and third position doubles. The teams of Ramon Strassmann and Aaron Osmond and Elias Lagger and Fernando Docters each earned 6-2 wins to give Ouachita a 1-0 lead heading into singles.
Doctors, Strassmann, and Osmond all earned two set victories in third, fourth, and fifth position singles, respectively, to give the Tigers the victory. The match was played to finish when clinched.
After a week off, Ouachita is back to conference action on Tuesday, April 16 at home against Harding.
