ARKADELPHIA – Three student-athletes from the Ouachita women's tennis team have been selected to the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Team.

Austynn Crocker, Ali May, and Natalia Zamora Caprirolo are the Tigers honored as top performers on the court and in the classroom.

Requirements for the honor include having reached at least sophomore academic standing, be a starter or significant contributor on the court, and carry at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average.

Crocker graduated this past Saturday with a bachelor's degree in communications and political science. The Little Rock native was an All-Great American Conference honoree four times during her career to go along with three selections to the GAC All-Academic Team and two selections as an ITA Scholar Athlete.

May is a junior from Franklin, Texas majoring in Christian studies. She was recently honored as a GAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete.

Zamora Caprirolo is a sophomore from Bolivia majoring in art and graphic design.
