MEMPHIS, Tennessee – The Ouachita men's tennis team took on second-ranked West Florida on Saturday in a neutral site matchup resulting in a 5-2 victory for the Argos.
The Tigers lost two of three doubles matchups with Yarin Aebi and Aaron Osmond earning a 6-4 win at No. 2. Osmond also earned a win in singles, taking down his opponent at the No. 5 spot by scores of 6-4 and 7-6 (9-7).
Second-ranked Phil Exner earned Ouachita's other point in the match with a win at No. 1 singles by scores of 6-4 and 6-2.
Ouachita is back in action this Saturday, March 1 with matches against Nebraska-Kearney and Seward County Community College. Seward County is the fourth-ranked JUCO team in the nation.
