CLARKSVILLE, Arkansas – The Ouachita women's tennis team came away with wins on all courts on Friday in a 7-0 non-conference road win over the University of the Ozarks.
Friday's victory marked the final non-conference contest of the season for the Tigers, improving the team's record to 8-10 heading into the final week of the regular season. Ozarks dropped to 3-13.
The Tigers combined for four shutouts in Friday's win over the Eagles.
Macie Heide and
Ali May came through with a 6-0 win in No. 3 doubles. Heide, May, and
Anastasia Myachina all recorded clean sweeps in singles with a pair of 6-0 scores in their respective matchups.
Ouachita closes the regular season next week with a pair of home Great American Conference contests, hosting Arkansas Tech on Tuesday and Henderson State on Thursday.
