ARKADELPHIA – The Ouachita men's and women's track & field teams had BLANK athletes earn honors from the Great American Conference for their efforts on the track and in the classroom this season.
12 women and three men earned First Team All-GAC honors for finishing in places 1-3 at the 2025 GAC Outdoor Championships last week in Shawnee, Oklahoma.
Katelynn Nachtigal won the 3000m Steeplechase for the second season in a row, earning first team honors. The junior from Rogers, Arkansas also earned All-GAC Honorable Mention honors in the 1500m.
Mackenzie Davis and
Allison Hylkema both earned first team honors in two events, the 5000m and the 10,000m.
Alysha Colburn and
Charley Stallings each earned first team honors in the Pole Vault.
Elise Knight is a first team runner in the 3000m Steeplechase and the 1500m.
Joey Babel earned first team honors in the 400m, the 4x100m Relay, and the 4x400m Relay. Babel also earned All-GAC Honorable Mention honors in the High Jump.
Belle Lindsey brought home first team honors in the Heptathlon and the 100m Hurdles. The sophomore from DeQueen, Arkansas also earned second team honors in the 400m Hurdles.
Anna Woolsey earned first team all-conference honors in the 4x100m and 4x400m Relays. The sophomore from Ozark, Arkansas earned second team honors in the 400m and 200m and is an All-GAC Honorable Mention in the 100m.
Angie Rojas earned first team honors in both the 4x100m Relay and the 4x400m Relay.
Addrienna Gray earned first team honors in the 4x100m Relay and is an All-GAC Honorable Mention in the 400m Hurdles.
Laynie White brought home first team honors in the 4x400m Relay and second team honors in the Heptathlon.
On the men's side,
Aden Hecht earned First Team All-GAC honors in the 400m Hurdles. Hecht also brought home second team honors in the 110m Hurdles and the 4x100m Relay.
Dylan Dew earned first team honors in the 1500m and All-GAC Honorable Mention honors in the 800m.
Gabriel Greenwich earned first team honors in the 3000m Steeplechase.

Academically, five women and two men earned GAC Elite Scholar Athlete honors for posting a perfect 4.0 cumulative GPA. The women were

Abby McElhaney. For the men,
Noah Embrey and
Whit Lawrence were named GAC Elite Scholar Athletes. Lawrence and Embrey were they only men's Elite Scholar Athletes in the GAC.
Additionally, the following athletes were named to the GAC's Track & Field Academic Honor Roll for having 3.5 cumulative GPA.

Both teams recently wrapped up the 2025 GAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The women placed third overall and the men finished sixth, with both teams posting their highest conference championship point totals since the programs joined the GAC.
