Delaney Bedunah got the start for Ouachita and went 5.1 innings, allowing three runs, two earned, on seven hits and walking none. She left the game in the bottom of the sixth with the score tied 3-3.
Southwest took an early 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first. Ouachita answered with three runs in three innings.

Emily Acuna in the top of the third inning.
Alex Jennings singled to left in the top of the fourth, scoring
Sarah Johnson. Johnson followed up in the fifth with a RBI single that brought
Jessica Branam home to score, giving the Tigers a 3-1 lead.
A two-run homer by Southwest in the bottom of the sixth tied it at 3-3.
Jade Sones came in in relief of Bedunah, and got the Tigers out of the inning still tied. Both teams remained scoreless until the bottom of the ninth, when a bases-loaded single gave Southwestern the 4-3 win.Â
