The win on Tuesday snapped a month long losing streak for Ouachita (11-32) and the Tigers snapped the Ozarks (15-16) two game winning streak.
Preston Speers (McKinney, Texas) was the offensive player of the game for the Tigers. The senior went 2-for-4 on the day with a pair of runs and a trio of RBI's in the contest.

Ouachita battled back in the bottom of the fifth. With runners at the corners and two away in the inning already, Speers stepped to the plate and smashed a two-run double to left center to bring in the tying runs. A few batters later and Speers scored on an RBI single to left field by Tee Collier (Bryant, Ark.).
With one out in the bottom of the seventh inning, Speers struck again for the Tigers. The Lone Star state native belted a 2-1 pitch over the left field wall, extending Ouachita's lead to 4-2.
