ARKADELPHIA – Four student-athletes from the Ouachita baseball team have been selected to the 2026 Academic All-District Team presented by College Sports Communicators.
The Tigers honored include graduate
Joseph Bolin, sophomore
Cade Bowman, graduate
Reece McWilliams, and graduate
Braden Tucker.
The CSC Academic All-District Team recognizes student-athletes that are starters or significant reserves that carry at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA in at least their second year of college.
Bolin graduated in May with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with minors in accounting and business administration. He was also an All-Great American Conference honoree this season for his efforts on the field both as the team's primary catcher and the squad's second leading hitter. He led the team in home runs with 10.
Bowman recently finished his second season with the Tigers and is pursuing a degree in accounting and finance. He played multiple positions for the team this past season, including 37 starts.
McWilliams graduated last spring with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and is currently pursuing a master's degree in exercise science. He was also an all-conference shortstop this past season and was second on the team with 33 runs batted in.
Tucker recently earned a bachelor's degree from Ouachita in history and led the team this past season in pitching appearances (28) and wins (6).
