GREENSBORO, North Carolina – Ouachita baseball is among nearly 500 collegiate programs that have earned the American Baseball Coaches Association Team Academic Excellence Award for 2025-26.

Teams must have posted at least a 3.0 GPA during the 2025-26 academic year. The Tigers are one of four teams from the Great American Conference to earn the honor this year.

Ouachita had four players earn Academic All-District honors this past year, and seven made the GAC All-Academic Team. This is the third straight season for the Tigers to earn the ABCA team award for academic performance.

On the field this past year, the Tigers earned a program-best fifth consecutive postseason appearance.
