The Tigers dropped the series with Northwestern Oklahoma State this past weekend losing close battles. The Tigers had many bright spots during the weekend as
Tyler Riebock would go 5-12 hitting including two runs batted in.
Louis Steen would also have a good weekend driving in two runners while going 4-8.
Carter Wade and
Noah Fowler would show well for the Tigers during the weekend as both would pitch multiple innings in relief.

Ecclesia College is a National Christian College Athletic Association Central Division member. They are located in Springdale, Arkansas, and their nickname is the Royals. On the year Ecclesia baseball is 14-12. They are coming off of a 2-1 series win against the University of the Ozarks. This is the first time that Ecclesia has ever faced off against a Great American Conference member.

Pitching: Noah Fowler

Noah Fowler has appeared in relief eight times for the Tigers this season. His most recent appearance was in last Friday's matchup against Northwestern Oklahoma State. In the game he pitched 2.1 innings of shutout baseball not allowing a hit. He has appeared in three midweek games for the Tigers and could be an option for Coach
Luke Howard out of the pen.

Batting: Louis Steen
Â
Louis Steen has been hitting well from the plate over the past month. He is second on the team in hits, runs batted in and doubles. Steen has a batting average of .281 on the year for Ouachita. Over the last two weekends Steen has gone 10-19 including nine RBIs and five doubles. He won Great American Conference Player of the Week last week and looks to continue to build upon his recent success.

The Tigers will throw the first pitch against the Royals at 1:30 PM at Rab Rodgers Field. Both games will be seven inning games.
