GREENSBORO, North Carolina – Ouachita baseball is among 440 collegiate programs that have earned the American Baseball Coaches Association Team Academic Excellence Award for 2024-25.

Teams must have posted at least a 3.0 GPA during the 2024-25 academic year. The Tigers are one of three teams from the Great American Conference to earn the honor this year.

Ouachita had three players earn Academic All-District honors this past year, and seven made the GAC All-Academic Team. This is the second straight season for the Tigers to earn the ABCA team award for academic performance.

On the field this past year, the Tigers finished fourth in the GAC and earned a program-best fourth consecutive postseason appearance.
