Summary

Biography

During the 2013 season, Allen played in all 10 games and recorded 17 tackles. He added one interception, four pass break ups and one blocked kick. As a punt returner, Allen ranked second nationally with 18.2 yards per return. He recorded two touchdowns as a returner and was a two-time GAC Player of the Week. Allen was also named to the 2013 All-GAC First Team and BSN All-American Second Team. For the 2014 season, Allen has been named a USA College Football Division II Preseason All-American.

Allen came to Ouachita as a junior, after playing at Cisco Junior College. In 2012 he started all 10 games. The 2nd Team All-Conference DB had 38 tackles, 2 interceptions, 10 pass break ups and 12 passes defended. 

Allen recorded two touchdowns during the 2011 season, one coming on a punt return and the other on an interception return.
