2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Second Team All-GAC... Placed 19th at the GAC Championships with a 5K time of 19:30.4 to help the Tigers win their second GAC Title... Competed in six meets and posted three top 10 and four top 20 finishes... Placed second at the Tiger Invite with a time of 18:24.2... Finished sixth at the Bob Gravett Invitational and seventh at the Argonaut Invitational... Posted a top 80 finish at the 2024 NCAA DII Central Region Championships... Named to the GAC Academic Honor Roll.
2024 TRACK & FIELD: 2x All-Great American Confernece First Team (1500m, 3000m Steeplechase)... Took second place in the 1500m at the 2024 GAC Championships with a personal best time of 4:38.69... Placed third in the 3000m Steeple at the GAC Championships with a personal best time of 11:02.21... Set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 17:55.44 at the Rhodes College Invitational... Also set an indoor personal best in the 3000m at the Gorilla Classic with a time of 10:09.23... Competed in 10 total meets for the Tigers, posting 10 top 10 finishes... 2023 TRACK & FIELD: Named to the All-Ouachita Athletic Team... Competed in nine meets and ran in four events with eight top 10 finishes... Won the 1500M at the Hendrix Invitational (4:46.27) and won the 3000M Steeplechase at the Harding Invitational (11:42.27)... Set personal bests in three events: the 1500M at the ASU Red Wolf Open (4:43.09), the 3000M Steeplechase at the Bobcat Invitational (11:21.94), and the 3000M Indoor at the Gorilla Indoor Classic (10:27.69)... Earned All-Great American Conference 2nd Team Honors for the 3000M Steeplechase... Helped break the program record for the Distance Medley Relay... 2022 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets with two top 10 finishes... Set new personal bests in the 5K with a time of 18:33.8 at the Missouri Southern Stampede and in the 6K at the NCAA Regionals with a time of 22:32.4... Earned All-Great American Conference 2nd Team Honors... Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team... Named to the 2022-23 All-GAC Academic Team... Named to Dean's List for Fall 2022.
2022 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven events, most notably the 3000M steeplechase with four top five finishes, including a first place finish at the Hendrix Invitational with a time of 11:47.78... Her top 3000M steeplechase time of the season came at the Great American Conference Championships with a fifth place finish and a time of 11:40.75, which is also a school record... Set a new school record in the 5000M race at the Carl Kight Invitational, coming in seventh with a time of 18:25.13... Earned All-Great American Conference 2nd Team honors for her performances in the steeplechase... Named to the President's List.
