2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets with four top 30 finishes... Placed eighth at the Tiger Invitational... Ran a season-best 5k time of 19:03.1 at the DBU Old Glory Gallop... Ran the 6k at the NCAA DII Central Region Championships... GAC Academic Honor Roll member... Named to the President's List for fall 2024. 

2024 TRACK & FIELD: Second Team All-Great American Conference honors in 800m and 4x400m Relay... Competed in 12 meets for the Tigers, posting 13 top 10 finishes... Placed seventh in the 800m with a time of 2:20.34 at the 2024 GAC Championships and was a part of the fourth-place 4x400m relay squad to earn two second team all-conference honors... Ran the 800m nine times, running a season-best time of 2:16.20 to take fourth in the prelims of the 2024 GAC Championships... Was a part of the 4x400m relay (3:57.20) and 4x800m relay (9:22.29) squads that set school records in the events... Named to the Dean's List for spring 2024.

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in three meets for the Tigers with two top 30 finishes... Ran a season best 5k time of 18:58.7 at the 2023 Great American Conference Championships with a 27th place finish as the Tigers took second overall at the championship meet... Named to the Dean's List for fall 2023. 

2023 TRACK & FIELD: Second Team All-Great American Conference in the 800M and 4x400M Relay... Competed in five events across 10 meets with 14 top 10 finishes... Placed fifth in the 800M at the GAC Championships with a time of 2:20.44... Part of 4x400M Relay squad that placed fourth at the GAC Championships and set the school record for the event... Won the 800M at the Harding Invitational with a time of 2:26.34...Also part of 4x800 Relay squad that set the school record with a time of 9:43.05... Spring 2023 Great American Conference All-Academic Team Selection... Named to Dean's List for spring 2023.

2022 CROSS COUNTRY First Team All-Great American Conference with a 6th place finish at the GAC Championships with a time of 18:43.2... Competed in four meets with one top 10 finish... Ran the 6K at NCAA Regionals... USTFCCCA All-Academic Team Honors... Fall 2022 Great American Conference All-Academic Team Selection... Named to Dean's List for fall 2022.

2022 TRACK & FIELD: All-Great American Conference 1st Team in the 1500M with a third place finish at the league championships with a time of 4:51.51... Also earned all-conference honors in the 800M event with a fourth place finish and a time of 2:21.80... Entering 2023 season, holds school records in the 800M and 1500M events with an 800M time of 2:16.62 and a first place finish at the Arkansas Red Wolves Open, and a 1500M time of 4:42.69 and a third place finish also at the Red Wolves Open... Competed in a total of eight meets throughout the season... Was also a part of Ouachita's all-conference 4x400 relay team that combined for a time of 4:08.32 for sixth place. That same relay team finished first at the Hendrix Invitational and second at the Little Rock Twilight... Posted a personal best time in the mile at the Gorilla Indoor Classic at 5:10.37... Named GAC Track Athlete of the Week after posting four first place finishes and one second place finish in the first month of the season... Lowest outdoor finish was sixth place... Combined for five first place finishes... Named team MVP and a part of the All-Ouachita Athletic Team for the 2021-22 season.

2021 CROSS COUNTRY: All-Great American Conference 1st Team with a sixth place finish and a personal best time of 18:24.9 at the league championship race... Top five finish in four of six races... Competed at the NCAA Regionals and posted a personal best 6K time of 22:05.6.

AT SALADO HIGH SCHOOL: State Champion... Graduated Summa Cum Laude... National Honors Society... Also lettered in cheer.

PERSONAL: Majoring in Kinesiology. Parents are Brandon and Jennifer McGregor... Three siblings - Eric, Joshua, and Ava McGregor... Born December 8, 2002.
