2024 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets for the Tigers... Won the 3000m Steeplechase at the Hendrix Invitational with a time of 9:44.79... Set a personal best in the 3000m Steeplechase with a time of 9:39.34 at the Stephen F. Austin Carl Kight Invitational, placing seventh in the event... Also set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 15:30.94 at the Rhodes College Invitational... Placed 10th in the 3000m Steeple at the 2024 GAC Championships with a time of 10:09.14... GAC All-Academic Team honors... Named to the Dean's List for spring 2024.
2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets for the Tigers... Set a new personal best in the 8k at the 2023 Great American Conference Championships with a time of 26:09.1 for a 27th place finish... Posted a top 25 finish at the Trevecca Nazarene Invitational with an 8k time of 26:35.2... Competed in the 2023 NCAA Central Region Championships with a 10k time of 34:47.5... 2022 TRACK & FIELD CLUB: Competed in five meets, coming up with three top 10 finishes... Ran the 5000M three times with his best performance of 16:19.68 at the Rhodes Invitational... Ran the 3000M steeplechase three times with his best performance of 9:51.44 for sixth place at the Carl Kight Invitational... Also ran the mile once with a time of 4:53.65 at the Rhodes Invitational.
2021 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five events, hosting one top 10 finish and three top 15 finishes... Ran the 4M race in 21:52.4 at the Harding Steve Guymon Invitational for 12th place...
