2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets... Posted three top five finishes... Ran a personal best 8k time of 25:27.5 at the DBU Old Glory Gallop... Placed second in the UWF Argonaut Invitational (26:45.2)... Finished fourth at the Bob Gravett Invitational (26:45.2) and fifth at the Tiger Invitational (25:52.7)... Recorded a top 35 finish at the GAC Championships... Ran the 10k at the NCAA Central Region Championships...
2024 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets, posting six top 20 finishes... Set a personal best in the 1500m at the Arkansas State Alumni Classic with a time of 4:02.33 to place 13th... Also set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 15:02.47 at the Stephen F. Austin Carl Kight Invitational, finishing 13th... Placed 13th in the 5000m at the 2024 GAC Championships with a time of 15:48.53. Named to the Dean's List for Spring 2024.
2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets for the Tigers with one top 20 finish... Set a personal best in the 4-Mile at the Memphis Twilight Classic with a time of 21:19.2... Place 19th at the Trevecca Nazarene Invitational with an 8k time of 26:17.2... Placed in the top 40 at the GAC Championships.
2023 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in four events across eight meets with four top 10 finishes... Ran the 5000M five times with his best performance coming at East Texas Invitational where he placed fourth with a time of 16:15.15... Ran the 1500M three times, setting a new personal best at the ASU Red Wolf Open with a time of 4:04.60... Set a personal best in the 800M with a time of 2:02.22 at the ASU Red Wolf Open... Also ran the 3000M Indoor at the Wendy's/Pitt State Invitational.
2022 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in six meets with two top 10 finishes... Placed 7th at the Argonaut Invitational with an 8K time of 27:56.1... Placed 10th at the Bob Gravett Invitational with a 5K time of 16:08.8... Ran the 10K at NCAA Regionals and set a personal best with a time of 32:24.9.
2022 TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets with six top 20 finishes... Ran the 5000M four times, the 1500M three times, and the 10000M once... Named to the Dean's List for Spring 2022.
