COLLEGIATE PERSONAL BESTS (PRIOR TO 2024-25 SEASON):

• XC 5K: 18:39.4 (17th place at SAU Lois Davis Invitational - Fall 2023)
• XC 8K: 27:54.3 (23rd place at Tiger Invitational - Fall 2024)
• T&F 800M: 2:05.58 (13th place at ASU Alumni Classic- Spring 2024)
• T&F 1500M: 4:18.71 (20th place at Bison Open - Spring 2024)

2024 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in four meets... Posted two top 25 finishes... Set a personal best in the 8k with a time of 27:54.3 at the Tiger Invitational, finishing 23rd... Placed 18th at the Bob Gravett Invitational with a time of 29:00.5... Named to the President's List for Fall 2024. 

2024 TRACK & FIELD: Made collegiate track debut in the 800m (2:11.72) and 1500m (4:23.24) at the Hendrix Invitational... Competed in five meets... Ran the 800m four times, setting a personal best with a time of 2:05.58 at the Arkansas State Alumni Classic to place 13th... Set a personal best in the 1500m at the Bison Open with a time of 4:18.71, finishing 20th.

2023 CROSS COUNTRY: Made collegiate cross country debut at the Southern Arkansas University Lois Davis Invitational with a 5k time of 18:39.4 and a 17th place finish... Competed in four meets for the Tigers... Set a personal best in the 8k at the Great American Conference Championships with a time of 28:28.5 and a top 80 finish.

HIGH SCHOOL: 4.0 GPA... All conference in cross country.

PERSONAL: Son of David and Jamie Ciesla... Two siblings, Madeline and Emery... Majoring in nursing... Born March 3.
