The 1964-65 Tiger basketball team was the first team to be inducted into the Ouachita Athletics Hall of Fame.
Coached by Bill Vining, Sr., the team compiled a 27-10 season record and won the Arkansas Intercollegiate Conference championship. The team went on to finish third at the NAIA National Championship Tournament.
